The Analyst / Administrative Assistant will handle analytical and administrative functions to support a broad array of business functions including sales, logistics, manufacturing, and finance. Primary Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
- Assist with various operations responsibilities such as, but not limited to: Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Payable, etc.), Logistics, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Customer Service, and General Administration
- Create and compile reports and other data to measure, determine, and improve Key Performance Indicators as it relates to Operations - Assist in creation of new business processes and the creation of Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs)

Account Manager - Orlando, FL

The Account Manager will be responsible for all sales activities in their assigned region. This includes developing demand in the market, creating new and managing existing accounts, and ensuring quality of product and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial client relationships with customers in the kitchen and bath industry, surface material fabricators, and tile/flooring retailers
- Develop and maintain current Spectrum Quartz product knowledge.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals from existing customers; ensure successful delivery of solutions

Primary Responsibilities
- 90 % local travel to retail stores and customer accounts daily to ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, maintaining sample towers, brochures, and other collateral supplies in all locations
